We stand behind the quality of every product we sell or print. If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of your merchandise, you may return it for a refund or replacement within 30 days of the shipping date. NOTE: We do reserve the right to apply re-stocking fee.

How to Return or Exchange a Product:

Please complete our Contact Us form for authorization before returning any merchandise to us.  Please Note:  Do not return a package unless you have received prior authorization.  We reserve the right to refuse all returns that are sent to us without prior authorization. Do not return package to the return label on packaging.


If you would like to return a personalized item, please note all web orders are produced exactly as submitted at point of purchase and therefore we cannot replace or refund orders that are submitted errantly. For personalized products we reserve the right to deny or approve a return at any time.

Cancel of already place item:

Most orders placed are and have personalization. If you contact us immediately after placing the order we may be able to cancel and refund 100% of the order. However, once plating for printing process has begun. We cannot cancel the order.


If you would like to exchange an item, please indicate the item number, color/size/etc. and the quantity you would like in exchange.
If you have returned an item, you can expect a refund posted to your account within 7-10 days of the receipt of the returned package.
If you have received a prepaid FedEx return label:

Repack the item for return in a suitable box or bag.
Attach the prepaid label to the package.
Drop off at any USPS drop off location or drop box location near you.
